  • Can I meet with the founder, at no charge, to discuss using The Ministry Coach, LLC as consultants with our church?

  • Yes! Dr. Bothuel loves the church and will do as much as she can to help it. She will make herself available to meet with pastors to discuss how The Ministry Coach, LLC, can help their church and people to build strong church ministries. Thank you for asking this question!


  • Are there specific areas of consulting of The Ministry Coach, LLC?

  • Yes! The Ministry Coach, LLC, will help you:

      Write your vision/mission/
      Prepare your 3/5/10-year strategic plan
      Train your ministry leaders*
      Strengthen your music ministry*
      Develop your new ministers*
    ***These can be done as workshops, seminars, or retreats.

  • After registering and mailing my registration fee, will I get a refund if I cannot attend?

  • If you cannot attend for any reason, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus a small fee to cover a portion of our administrative costs. Thank you for allowing us at least 72 hours notice so that we may fill your space at the forum.


  • May I transfer my registration to someone else?

  • Yes! Please let us know the registration information for your replacement as soon as possible so that we may have their packets ready when they arrive.


  • May I give a registration to someone as a gift?

  • Yes! Contact us with the registrant information. We will contact the person to confirm their registration and will withold or provide your name as the giver according to your wishes.


  • Will childcare be available?

  • We will make every effort to provide childcare at The Ministry Coach events.


  • Do I have to pay for parking?

  • Whenever possible, we always seek free parking for participants of our events.
