After registering and mailing my registration fee, will I get a refund if I cannot attend?
If you cannot attend for any reason, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus a small fee to cover a portion of our administrative costs.
Thank you for allowing us at least 72 hours notice so that we may fill your space at the forum.
May I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes! Please let us know the registration information for your replacement as soon as possible so that we may have their packets ready
when they arrive.
May I give a registration to someone as a gift?
Yes! Contact us with the registrant information. We will contact the person to confirm their registration and will
withold or provide your name as the giver according to your wishes.
Will childcare be available?
